We may collect company names, contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, pickup and delivery addresses, shipment details, quote details, invoice information, claim details, portal activity, signatures, delivery photos, and communication records submitted through our website or portals.
We use information to quote shipments, create bills of lading, dispatch freight, provide tracking, manage delivery documentation, process invoices, support claims, communicate with customers, and improve our freight operations.
When payment features are enabled, payment data may be processed through third-party payment providers. Eastern Freight Lines should store only limited payment references such as payment method type and last four digits, not full card or bank account numbers.
